HLR, in partnership with The Pavilion, are proud to announce Sharp Class LIVE at The Pavilion, Heckington on Saturday 25th February 2022.
Sharp Class are a British power trio from Nottingham, consisting of Oliver Orton on guitar and lead vocals, Lewis Smith on bass and backing vocals and Declan Mills on the drums.
Sharp Class are a class act and have developed a reputation as one of the UK’s leading young mod bands. They play a powerful blend of Punk, Soul, Britpop and Rock n Roll with “Enough energy to light up London”, very much in the style of the early Who and The Jam, who clearly number among their many influences.
But Sharp Class are no covers band. Their new album of original material, ‘Tales of a Teenage Mind’, has just been released (November 2022) and has already picked up a lot of attention. You’ll find it on Spotify and other platforms. Here’s the title track to whet your appetite:-
