Changes to website security

You may have noticed that we are now asking you to verify that you are human when you access the website? This is because the site was recently subject to what is called a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. This is a cyberattack that aims to make a machine, service, or network unavailable to its legitimate users by flooding it with excessive traffic or resource requests.

As a result, this made both our media player and the Live Lounge, unstable, resulting in listeners being unable to listen live.

Thanks to an online security expert, we have been able to look deep into this issue and we think we have now resolved it. If, however, you are still experiencing significant issues with either the player or the live lounge, please write to Mark and explain the issue.
