The Sound Project with Mark Rodriguez, 29 September 2025

Well, what a night!! 14 minutes into the Sound Project and our router decided to call it a night, kicking me off the live feed. In fact, I’m uploading this show at 8am on Tuesday morning and it’s still not working. We do have a back-up though and eventually that kicked in and the show continued. On top of all of that, despite not changing a single setting from last week, the microphone sounded wrong. It just wasn’t my night, BUT, I soldiered on and will have it all sorted for next week.
Anyway, I’ve cobbled together the show from the two recordings I have and as a result, it’s slightly shorter than the usual two hours (was that cheering I heard from the back??) So join me and listen to the usual nonsense from Casa Rodriguez as well as tracks from the likes of Elkie Brooks, Crowded House, Sandra Mihanovich, Georgie Fame, Sophia Loren and the silly song, which this week was about lady’s chesticles. Now you have to listen….right??
